- Go to Settings.
- Tap Contact.
- Enter your question or issue and submit it.

Frequently Asked Questions
I cannot log in.
Please contact us with the login method you use, such as email link authentication, Sign in with Apple, or LINE Login, along with the error message and device information.
My subscription is not reflected.
Please open Settings and use Restore Purchases. The app will check your App Store purchase status and try to restore access.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Deleting your account does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.
When is location information shared?
Location information is used only when the user explicitly grants OS permission and the watch-over feature settings require it.
