How to Contact Support

If you can access your account, please contact us through the in-app form. Your request and our reply are managed inside your authenticated account.

  1. Open the SoftReply app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Contact.
  4. Enter your question or issue and submit it.
  5. Replies from the support team are shown in the app's Contact screen.

Where can I see support replies?

Replies from the support team are shown in the app's Contact screen. If you have an unread reply, the app shows an in-app notice.

My Pro subscription is not reflected.

Please open Settings and use Restore Purchases. The app will check your App Store purchase status and try to restore your Pro access.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your account does not cancel App Store subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.

Can I enter personal or confidential information?

No. Please do not enter personal or confidential information. SoftReply is a writing support tool for creating reference drafts.
