These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the household finance review social networking service "Kakemiru" (the "Service") provided by corecty Inc. (the "Company"). Users shall use the Service only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users concerning use of the Service.
2. Rules, help materials, notices, Community Guidelines, notices concerning AI insights, and other individual provisions posted by the Company within the Service form part of these Terms.
3. If an individual provision conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail unless otherwise specified in that individual provision.

Article 2 (Service Description)
1. The Service allows users to register household finance data, receive AI-based household finance insights, create household finance cards, and anonymously post, view, comment, and react.
2. The Service is intended to provide general information and community features for improving household finances. It does not provide individualized advice, solicitation, recommendations, or guarantees concerning financial products, investments, insurance, borrowing, taxes, law, or other professional matters.

Article 3 (Eligibility)
1. The Service is available only to persons who are at least 13 years old.
2. Persons under 18 years old shall use the Service only with the consent of a parent or other legal representative.
3. Users shall provide truthful, accurate, and current information when using the Service.
4. Persons previously suspended for violations of these Terms, persons associated with antisocial forces, and persons the Company otherwise considers inappropriate may not use the Service.

Article 4 (Accounts)
1. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and authentication information.
2. Transferring, lending, selling, purchasing, or sharing an account with a third party is prohibited.
3. The Company is not liable for damage arising from inadequate account management or third-party use, except where caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Anonymous Use and Posting Precautions)
1. The Service uses anonymous profiles based on nicknames, age groups, regions, profile images, and similar information.
2. Users shall not include names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, employers, school names, account numbers, card numbers, identity documents, personal information shown on receipts, or any other personally identifying information in posts, comments, profile images, household finance cards, consultation text, or other input.
3. The Company is not liable for disputes arising because a user posted their own personal information or information about a third party, except where caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Household Finance Data and AI Insights)
1. Users may register household finance data including expenses, fixed costs, savings, investments, and income.
2. Registered household finance data is used for monthly aggregation, AI classification, AI insights, household finance card generation, provision and improvement of the Service, and prevention of unauthorized use.
3. AI insights are general reference information. The Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Users are responsible for decisions and actions based on AI insight results.

Article 7 (Posted Content)
1. Users represent that they hold all rights necessary for content they post and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
2. Users grant the Company a royalty-free right to use posted content to the extent necessary to provide, display, distribute, store, improve, moderate, and publicize the Service and prevent unauthorized use.
3. The license in the preceding paragraph survives withdrawal from the Service to the extent required by law or for operational purposes. The Company will, however, delete or hide content in accordance with its post-withdrawal deletion policy.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in any of the following:
1. Conduct that violates laws, public order and morals, or these Terms
2. Defamation, threats, discrimination, harassment, or excessively aggressive expression
3. Posting or collecting personal information, sensitive information, or confidential information of a third party
4. Directing users outside the Service through URLs, external services, social media, contact information, invitation codes, or similar means
5. Solicitation concerning investments, side businesses, debt, insurance, financial products, affiliate marketing, information products, multi-level marketing, or similar matters
6. Impersonation, posting false information, spam, repeated posting, or improper manipulation of rankings or reactions
7. Interfering with or analyzing the Service's servers, networks, APIs, or security
8. Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or excessive access through automated tools
9. Infringing the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company, another user, or a third party
10. Other conduct the Company considers inappropriate

Article 9 (Moderation and Use Restrictions)
1. The Company may review posts, comments, profile images, and other content before or after publication and may hide or delete content, limit its visibility, temporarily or permanently suspend accounts, or take other necessary measures.
2. The Company is not obligated to disclose the reasons for a measure. The Company may provide notice or an explanation to the extent it considers necessary.
3. A user who objects to a Company measure may use the in-app dispute function.

Article 10 (Reports and Disputes)
1. Users may report posts, comments, profile images, or other content they believe violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
2. When the Company receives a report or dispute, it will review the matter to a reasonable extent but is not required to notify the user of every individual outcome.

Article 11 (Withdrawal)
1. Users may withdraw from the Service using the prescribed method.
2. After a withdrawal request, the account and posts will generally be made private or hidden.
3. Restoration may be available within 30 days after withdrawal. After 30 days, household finance data, posts, comments, and similar data will be deleted in sequence. Logs, reports, moderation records, and other information that must be retained for legal or operational reasons may be retained to the extent necessary.

Article 12 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademarks, know-how, programs, designs, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Company or their lawful owners.

Article 13 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to users when necessary for maintenance, failures, specification changes, legal compliance, business reasons, or other reasons.

Article 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)
1. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet a user's particular purpose or that it will be accurate, complete, useful, continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects.
2. The Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service, except where caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
3. Where the Consumer Contract Act or other law does not permit the Company's liability to be excluded or limited, the Company's liability is limited to ordinary and direct damage.

Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)
1. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law.
2. When making a material change, the Company will announce the details of the change and its effective date through an in-app notice or another appropriate method.
3. If a user uses the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the user is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises between the Company and a user concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
