This page provides the disclosures required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for transactions involving paid services, in-app purchases, subscriptions, digital content, or other distance sales through the Service. It is displayed in preparation for future paid features even if the Service currently provides only free features. The actual terms of sale shown on the purchase screen or final confirmation screen take precedence.

Sales Price
The tax-inclusive price is shown on the purchase screen or final confirmation screen for each paid service, in-app purchase, subscription, or item of digital content.
Features currently provided free of charge have a sales price of JPY 0.

Charges Other Than the Purchase Price
Users are responsible for internet connection charges, communications charges, device usage charges, and other costs necessary to use the Service. Fees specified by an app store, payment provider, or financial institution may also apply.

Payment Methods
If paid services are provided, payment may be made through the Apple App Store, by credit card, or through another payment method designated by the Company. Available payment methods are shown on the purchase screen.

Payment Timing
Payment is charged when the purchase procedure is completed or at the time specified by the relevant payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically for each subscription period, and payment is charged upon renewal.

Time of Delivery
The service becomes available immediately after payment is completed or at the time shown on the purchase screen. Availability may be delayed due to the communications environment, review procedures, system failures, or other circumstances.

Returns, Cancellations, and Subscription Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital content and in-app services, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted after the purchase procedure is completed, except where a refund is permitted by law or by the terms of the relevant app store or payment provider.
Cancel subscriptions using the method specified by the relevant app store or payment provider. No prorated refund is provided for a period that has already been paid, even after cancellation.

System Requirements
See the app store or other information separately provided by the Company for the operating system, device, app version, and communications environment required to use the Service. Normal operation may not be possible due to device condition, communications environment, operating system settings, or other factors, even in a recommended environment.

Special Conditions
If the Company offers a campaign, free trial, discount, coupon, subscription condition, or similar offer, the applicable conditions, period, renewal conditions, and cancellation conditions will be shown on the purchase screen or information page.

Notice Concerning Representations and Products
AI insights, household finance improvement information, posts, comments, and other information within the Service do not guarantee effects, results, earnings, savings amounts, investment results, or similar outcomes.
