Review the following before using Kakemiru's AI insights and AI classification features (the "AI Features").

1. Nature of the AI Features
The AI Features generate general reference information for improving household finances based on household finance data, expense information, images, monthly aggregate data, and other information entered by users. The AI Features are not individualized consultation, advice, diagnosis, or solicitation by a financial planner, tax accountant, attorney, investment adviser, insurance solicitor, or other professional.

2. Accuracy
Outputs from the AI Features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a user's circumstances due to the input, image quality, model characteristics, inference limitations, or other factors. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the AI Features.

3. Financial, Investment, Borrowing, and Other Precautions
The AI Features do not provide individualized advice, recommendations, solicitation, or guarantees concerning financial products, investments, insurance, borrowing, taxes, or law. They are not individualized advice concerning financial products, investments, insurance, or borrowing. Consult a qualified professional as necessary when making decisions concerning investments, insurance, borrowing, debt restructuring, taxes, law, or similar matters.

4. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for decisions, actions, transactions, posts, and household finance management results based on outputs from the AI Features. The Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the AI Features, except where caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

5. Input Precautions
Do not include names, addresses, telephone numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers, employers, school names, information about third parties, or other personally identifying information in receipt images, screenshots, notes, consultation text, or similar input.

6. Use of External AI Services
The AI Features use external AI services such as the OpenAI API. Expense details, images, monthly aggregate data, and similar information may be sent to external services for AI processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Review Before Posting
Before posting AI insight results or a household finance card, confirm that they do not contain personally identifying information, sensitive information, information about a third party, or misleading information.
